You may not be too familiar with the name Sampa The Great just quite yet, but the Zambian-born, Botswana raised female MC is quickly becoming the next big thing out of Sydney, Australia right now. With 2017 poised to be her breakout year, Sampa is prepared to share a new EP today called HERoes Act 2, which is led by the previously heard single “Everybody's Hero.” But before it arrives, Sampa has another leak to share with us ahead of time with Estelle called “Paved With Gold,” which we are honored to premiere for y’all this morning.
Going in over the Rahki-produced beat, Sampa says the record is about “finding the new direction in your life after being derailed. Knowing that the confusion is only part of the journey.”
