Pittsburgh, PA's Don Leron is both a rapper and producer, and he proves he's very capable in both departments on his new submission "Now You Mad." Being from Pittsburgh, it's not surprising that he owes a considerable debt to Wiz Khalifa (he even references "On My Level" at one point), but he's taken Kush & OJ's hazy elegance to darker and weirder places. Most notably, he experiments with vocal manipulation quite a bit on the record, doubling his vocals with a higher-register alien-like voice. The song comes off his upcoming track See You Next Wednesday. Listen to more of Leron's music on his official SoundCloud page.
