It's a special moment for Yoko Gold, as the Toronto artist drops his debut single, "Gone." Here's what Yoko Gold told Noisey about the release:
"The song was inspired by true events ... The character in the story of gone is an old man who I was privileged to meet in the summer of 2014. We sat and spoke about life and his story. He had a lot of pain and regret about his past divorce and the relationship with him and his kids. You think he would be happy but it was only in that moment [that] I realized money never meant a thing."

Down in Daytona
Doin' lines with the stoners
Sippin lime on the corner
With every girl but you
