King Combs is a fly youngin, as the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The young rapper is definitely feeling himself on his newest release, a rendition of The Weeknd's monster hit "Starboy."
He keeps it short and sweet as he adds only one verse on his "STAR BOY remix" and dishes out flows extremely reminiscent of Hip Hop greats like 50 Cent, Jay Z, Jermaine Dupri, and of course his CEO mogul father Sean Diddy Combs.
King Combs borrows lines from "Money Ain't A Thing" while simultaneously shouting out Bad Boy and interweaving bars of his own for a clean combination one-two-punch on the track. The young 18-year-old is definitely talented and it shows on this track.
Check out the new offering from King Combs and if you haven't already, revisit his two releases from last year "One For Me" and "Party."
Quotable Lyrics
Cause I'm really major without a major
Like them caucasian invasion they wonder where I'm staying
I'm smooth like the Roc boy
But I’m a Bad Boy
20 years from now, we’ll still be on top.
I’m a star, boy.
