IB On The Beat is an 18-year-old rapper out of Everett, WA. Despite being on the West Coast, his sound is akin to the post-Keef SoundCloud rap of Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty. According to IB, he's been making beats and writing raps since 13, using FL Studio to put it all together. However, he only started recording at 16, and has put out around 15 songs since. "Forget About Me" shows potential in IB's ability to weave catchy melodies into his rhymes, as well as incorporating some interesting, unconventional sounds into his beats.
