John Polanco just debuted "Currency" at SOB's in New York this past week, and the track has the same catchy quality of recent NY hits like Young M.A.'s "OOOUUU" and Bobby Shmurda's "Hot N*gga." Polanco might not quite as assured as those artists yet, but he has potential, and "Currency" will likely be locked in your head after just one listen, which is something not just anyone can pull off. Look out for his upcoming debut project POLANCO, coming soon. Production on the track comes fro John's close friend and frequent collaborator SPARKJUNIOR. Catch the rapper January 26th in The Kymberle Project venue in Brooklyn, as well as LosGlobos nightclub in LA on Sunset blvd February 9th.
