Mitch Felito returns to the Heatseekers section with "Summer's Over."

Brooklyn-based rapper Mitch Felito first appeared as a heatseeker back in 2014, and today he makes his great return with "Summer's Over." The track finds Mitch demonstrating his versatility, switching between dexterous double-time flows and a bright, auto-tuned melody. Whether you're a traditionalist or someone who prefers the new and fresh, you should find something to like here. The beat features some very classic soul-infused vocal samples, but filters them to the point they sound synthetic, further conveying the duality of Felito's sound.

Quotable Lyrics:

They don't wanna hit him with the wave
They just wanna motherfuckin' hate
I'm putting on for the state
N*ggas never relate, I gotta get away
