Atlanta singer Demo Taped is only 18 years old and has already secured a deal with 300 Ent. This afternoon, he released maybe his most stunning track yet: "Stay," which combines a traditional R&B vocal aesthetic with futuristic, imaginative production that might be viewed as a sort of sonic seascape: fluttering seagulls in the upper register, roiling, swelling 80-foot waves crashing in the lower register.
"'Stay' is about loss," the singer explains. "It is trying to cope and move on, but also a plea for things to stay the same. I’ve always been afraid of change and I’d say that’s what the song represents to me. I’m so happy that Amber Mark is a part of the record. She captured the mood and meaning of the song perfectly."

Quotable Lyrics
You try to get me out
But you got me in
Oh just turn it all away, now
Cleanse my sins
