Kodak Black's "Tunnel Vision" is officially the biggest hit of the South Florida rapper's career. The Metro Boomin and Southside-produced track has climbed from 27 to 8 on this week's Hot 100 chart.
Previous to this Kodak Black's highest-charting song as a lead artist was "Everything 1k," which peaked at 84, followed by "No Flockin," which peaked at 95. "Lockjaw," his collaboration with French Montana, reached 73.
"Tunnel Vision" was at #1 on the SoundCloud charts last week, but has recently been surpassed by Lil Uzi Vert's "XO Tour Llif3." It earned 5.72 million plays this week on the platform, and 13.7 million plays since it's release on February 16th. The official video, which was released the same day as the SoundCloud song, has amassed over 40,000,000 views.
Last Tuesday, Kodak was arrested for violating his probation. His Label, Atlantic Records, released a statement saying that the rapper's lawyers "are working diligently on this matter and are hopeful that this will be resolved by next week."
