Belly has a mixtape on the way called Inzombia. After detailing his love for a hot Venezuelan woman on "Consuela," which he released yesterday, he takes a darker route on "Re Up," subverting the word, usually used to describe a drug dealer restocking his supply, to examine his own personal dance with addiction.
He is joined by rising Nav singer/producer Nav. Despite a repetitive flow, melody, and rhyme scheme, Nav delivers an effective verse about his rapidly escalating dependence on drugs, which his newfound success (money to burn) has enabled. Belly's lyrics are simple but effective: "Bags under my eyes cause I go hard / Probably cost more than the Goyard."
Quotable Lyrics
In high school I never made the honor roll
Popping mollys I've been on a roll
Hope the highway doesn't take a toll
Smoking blunts burning sheet in the Rolls
