K Camp seems to always have a new project on the way. Though he just dropped his Lyric Ave EP last month, he's already promoting a new mixtape called RARE, which he shares a track off of today. "Real Me" finds K Camp linking with another prolific rapper in Young Dolph. Together, the two celebrate the party life, rapping over a minimal bass line, but keeping the energy up with some quotable lines. K Camp has proven himself a capable R&B singer, but if his new project is in line with this single, we should hear him bringing out his nimble rap skills. Though whether he's singing or spitting, hooks always come first.
Quotable Lyrics:
I said that I was gon' quit it but I couldn't
Addicted to riding round rubber band and dirty money but I shouldn't
Stack the cake up stack for stack
Get the packs in back for back
Real Me
