Livin Right Now

Rising Queens rapper Justin Rose shared his Water White mixtape earlier this summer, and he's following up the project with a new Jimi Tents collab called "Livin Right Now." The record features a dreamy instrumental from TGUT which Justin and Jimi greet with some tight, in-the-pocket raps, as well as a loose Max B-esque hook.

It's a perfect end of summer track, fitting in with the SoundCloud-adored post-trap rap of Playboi Carti and Madeintyo, while adding a little more structure to the mix. All in all, it should appeal to rap fans of all generations. The rapper is actively exploring his own lane within New York's wavy traditions, and it's certainly an exciting direction so far.
