Britney Spears' last single featured a rapper, fellow female pop star Iggy Azalea, however it failed to really perform (and generally, it was a pretty horrendous song). Today the '90s mega-pop star returns with a new single and a new rapper to help her reach that crossover audience-- Bay Area's own G-Eazy. Upon first listen, it's a vast improvement from the last one, "Pretty Girls." Whereas "Pretty Girls" had a trying-too-hard DJ Mustard-like beat, this one opts for a softer territory, in between r'n'b and pop, with scintillating guitar plucking production from BURNS.
Take a listen, is Britney about to take over the radio once again? The singer is currently prepping her ninth studio album, due out via RCA. You can cop the single on iTunes.
Quotable Lyrics
I've always wanted what was off limits
Staring at you til I'm caught in it
Back and forth like this is all tennis
I'm all jealous you came with someone
But we can tell that there's changes coming
See I can tell that you're a dangerous woman
That means you're speaking my language, come on
