Cleveland’s own Doe Boy recently returned from a prison stint that began in Summer ‘13, soon after he had signed to Future’s Freebandz label. He’s since dropped a few bangers and watched his Cavs win the ship. He’s also revamped the roster of his own label, Rubber Band Money Gang, by signing a young rapper from his hometown by the name of Lil Cray, whose new #Cleveland2Cleveland mixtape is beginning to pick up some serious buzz in Ohio and beyond. Cray’s movement is now on its way down to Atlanta, as he has taken the mixtape’s opener, “I Got It,” and made it into an official single with a guest verse from K Camp.
“I Got It” is a heavy street banger that ends with a nice dose of melody from K Camp. It’s produced by RBMG’s Yung Coke, who was behind both of Doe Boy’s new singles. As far as he's concerned, Cray is confident that there’s no drought in Cleveland, and he definitely sounds ready to show and prove.
