Listen to BADBADNOTGOOD's sunny new collaboration with Toronto songwriter Charlotte Day Wilson.

BADBADNOTGOOD is a four-piece instrumental jazz group that has always worn its rap influence proudly. First making their mark with inspired riffs on Kanye West, Gucci Mane, and Waka Flocka Flame records, they've more recently shifted their focus to original compositions, working with Earl Sweatshirt, Ghostface Killah and Mick Jenkins. When it comes to their own output, they tend to work with a range of collaborators, and their new record with fellow Torontonian Charlotte Day Wilson illustrates their range quite well. "In Your Eyes" is a sunny, jazz-rock number that centers around Charlotte's breathy vocals, as she delivers an expertly controlled performance, subtly slipping into falsetto at moments and providing her own backing harmonies. The song appears on the group's new LP, IV, which will also feature collaborations with Kaytranada, Mick Jenkins, and Colin Stetson. It's available to stream on Apple Music now.

Quotable Lyrics:
Got you enticed from the middle
You know I'm willing and able
And I know you know it's on when you're ready
So just rid yourself of him and come get it
