Mayzin (real name is Jory Avery) is a rising artist out of Oakland CA. Despite hailing from the Bay, he's now working out of South Dakota, and as a result, it's hard to place his sound regionally, which is true of many rappers who came up with the internet at their fingertips. While his style might no be determined by his surroundings, his talent is very visible, as he greets Danyal's shape-shifting instrumental with an equally dynamic vocal performance. It's a creative partnership that stretches across the entirety of Mayzin's most recent project, Where To Next. It's a very strong first impression, and as a young artist, it presents the potential for a serious amount of growth.
