New to the site, Derek Pope is an LA based, Oakland-born artist who used to go by the name Kidd Upstairs, which you may be familiar with. Currently working on a joint project at the moment with fellow West Coast rapper Xavier, Derek decides to come through today and liberate the first official single off the project called “Squadron.”
