Talib Kweli repsonds to Diabolic's diss track on "You Tried It".

Talib Kweli and Diabolic have been exchanging words on Twitter for some time now, a disagreement which began when Diabolic decided to question what he considered to be "generalizations" Talib made about white rappers. This led to Talib penning a response on medium, and most recently, Diabolic came back with a diss track titled "IneKwelity". Kweli has decided to respond on wax, sharing "You Tried It" today. The track begins with Talib slowing down his flow so there's no confusion in his punchlines, coming at the rapper's skills as well as well as criticizing his lack of support for the Black Lives Matters movement. It climaxes with the Kweli declaring "Fuck these white supremacist rappers". Will Diabolic come back once again, or is this officially over?

Quotable Lyrics:
You say you hip-hop
But you never speak about the blacks
That cops is murdering
But let a black rapper try to speak on his people's struggle
Here you go, all up in your fragile fucking feelings
With you weak rebuttals
