Another movie soundtrack drops off a new single today. On top of receiving the extremely dope collaboration from Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign and friends on "Sucker For Pain" (off "Suicide Squad"), the new "Ghostbusters" flick drops off their title track/theme song which, unfortunately, is less-than-extremely dope. The "Ghostbusters" soundtrack is looking a bit weak based on what they've released so far. This record follows up another strange collaboration from Jeremih and G-Eazy, "Saw It Coming." Both records channel the '80s, perhaps too heavily.
Fall Out Boy dominates the triumphant, electric guitar-seeped song, with Missy coming in for a verse mid-way. What do you think of it? You can pre-order the "Ghostbusters" soundtrack on iTunes, it drops on July 15th.
Quotable Lyrics
In my closet, down the hall
I see shadows all along my wall
Man these monsters be big and tall
Ghostbusters, who you gon' call?
They roll up to my house
They knockin' on my door
- Missy
