The buzzing singer made another trip to New York recently, and returned to the studio where he cooked up even more heat with Izaiah. Today we're following up "Fiji Dasani" with "Time."
The self-proclaimed Traphouse Jodeci slowly serenades a woman over a mood-setting beat from @BeforeIzaiah. Sprawling behind Ye Ali's ultra-relaxed vocals are creeping keys and watery drum patterns. All this for a woman he may only see once-- he's only in town for the night.
Ye Ali is working hard this year, in addition to his solo efforts he's formed a group with Tommy Genesis and Wes Period (the trio have released "Young Girl"). Keep your eyes peeled for much more from him this year.
