You may not be familiar with the name Kemba, but you might’ve heard his music before. The artist formerly known as YC The Cynic has decided to go through a transformation recently & reinvent himself under this new alias. With a new Frank Drake-produced album on the way called Negus, which drops June 22, Kemba is looking to pick up the promo for it and today we have the second official single off it to share with you called “Already.”
Serving as the follow up to “New Black Theory,” “Already” is a slow tempo, hypnotic cut that showcases Kemba’s laid back delivery & slick lyrical wordplay, while addressing the competition in the process. Take a listen and let us know what you think.
