Sy Ari Da Kid is currently working on the follow up to B4 The Heartbreak at the moment called 2oon, but before that arrives he decides to give “something for the people” to hold them over with in the meantime.
Going in over the Dub Tha Prodigy-produced beat, Sy shows off his versatility and gets a few things off his chest in the process, especially about the ladies. Serving as the follow up to his feature on Quentin Miller’s “Correct,” “Somethin For The People” is another strong addition to his steady growing catalogue of overlooked records. Hopefully there’s more on the way before we get 2oon.
