If there's a rapper that's popped off, about to pop off, or currently popping off in Atlanta, you can guarantee there's some sort of Gucci Mane connection. GuWop has been instrumental in helping many Atlanta trappers get their rap careers off the ground, often co-signing these dudes before it's cool to co-sign them. Young Thug among them.
Thugger was signed to Gucci before Gucci sold the contract to 300, which has since been the ATLien's home. Although they are no longer binded legally, the love for each other is still present, as is evidenced by collaborations, not to mention Thug titling one of his No, My Name Is Jeffery tracks after the ATL OG-- all the songs were named after his idols.
Today the two are reunited by way of XXL magazine's fall cover. Check out the cover above. They're expected to discuss their respective journeys to stardom in the issue.
