This year alone, Rockie Fresh has given fans four installations of his The Night I Went To... mixtape series -- what a collection. He's taken about a month off since The Night I Went To...New York, and he's now back with a new song entitled "Delorean Gang 2.0." Like the vehicle for which it's named, the track is sounding way ahead of its time.
The immersive production is a hazy blend of muffled vocal cries and trickling 808s. Rockie paints a detailed vision of what's to come, and it sounds like he's found a wave that will guarantee him a bright future in the game. Need to experience this one in an actual Delorean (Rockie's really about that life).
