Rocko has been pretty silent since his Real Spill mixtape last summer, however he's gearing up for a new project and thus getting back into the swing of things. After appearing on a new song from Rich Homie Quan the other week ("Driveway"), he's back today with the HNHH Premiere of "Shine."
The song is meant to be uplifting, a global message for anyone experiencing shine-blockers. It kicks off with a subtle piano melody that's soon surrounded by 808s and bass, while Rocko promises he'll stay shining even if the haters try to throw shade his way.
Rocko's new mixtape Gift Of Gab 2 is slated for release this June, stay tuned.
Quotable Lyrics
Leather bucket low like fuck it though
They ask me why I drive the Bentley like a Cutlass though
You know, in the club number of sparklers and bottles
Neck, ears, wrist, look like sparkling water
