GQ Magazine just announced it will publish two different covers for the month of February. Hip hop and R&B staples Chance The Rapper and The Weeknd will grace the covers of the celebrated men's mag. The edition will also feature interviews with each artist.
Chance The Rapper's career took off last year with the release of his third mixtape, Coloring Book. The project was nominated for Best Rap Album at this year's Grammy Awards -- the first streaming-only album to ever receive a nod since the Recording Academy changed the rules. Chance himself is nominated for Best New Artist -- even though the most casual of rap fans has known about him for years now.
Abel Tesfaye, better known as The Weeknd, chopped off his trademark dreads and shed his sappy persona to capture the essence of the late Michael Jackson and deliver Starboy at the tail end of 2016. The album climbed to the top of the Billboard charts where it still hovers. Last year, the Toronto native won a Grammy and was nominated for an Oscar for "Earned It" off the 50 Shades of Grey soundtrack.
