Detroit rapper SupaKaine has already jumped on the King's Court tour with Slum Village, Black Milk, Guilty Simpson & Phat Kat, but he's still dropping new music while on the road. Today he's shared "Done Playing," a collaboration with CMG's Wave Chappelle, who contributes a loose, raw verse, offsetting Supa's meticulous rhyme schemes perfectly.
The stop-starting drums come courtesy of WS Kharri and Icepic, as the instrumental reaches its maximal peak with horn, guitar, and strings samples, but continues to shape-shift throughout. Make sure to check SupaKaine on tour -- judging by this new release, you're probably likely to hear some brand new material live.
Quotable Lyrics:
I had a dream and some problems
Bitches ain't one of them, I'm being honest
Got it poppin', I made some dollars
It ain't a lot to me
