Is Jim Jones making a comeback? The rapper dropped off a surprising collaboration with Rich Homie Quan, Desiigner and ASAP Ferg (that's two New Yorkers and one ATLien) last week, "Finnesse," to much fanfare. Today he's back at it, and it's another Fergie collaboration on deck. This time it's strictly for the Harlemites though.
The two Harlem natives team up on the aptly-titled "Harlem," with production handled by Drumatics (although art indicates "direction" is from Mike WiLL Made It, which makes Mike sound like a conductor, we can just imagine him sitting in the studio with Drumatics and simply pointing at a certain instrument or tool as they created the beat). It's actually a really dope collab, and finds Jim Jones adjusting to the new wave while still remaining in his element. What do you think of it? It's available on iTunes.
Quotable Lyrics
Is the bricks good is the question
If the bricks is good I can stretch em
But the game a little different right now
Cause the young n*ggas runnin around juggin, finnessin
Shit, like good it's a blessing
Four bad bitches that stood in my section
Shit, I got one night in town 'fore the sun comes up I'll be on to the next one
