Soon after sharing the trailer to his upcoming "Free Will" documentary, Philly rapper Freeway is back with a new single, "First Things First," off his upcoming album that's also entitled Free Will. "First Things First" is produced by Girl Talk, the former mash-up king who has produced frequently for Freeway in the past.
The track is about how many of the styles and trends that are popping among rappers today were purveyed long ago by Freeway. Over a boisterous, guitar-heavy production, he sounds mighty convincing. "First Things First" comes less than a month after "Hot As Ice," which will also appear on Free Will. The album is set for release on April 29.
