I Am Alone

The artwork for Scotty Apex's "I Am Alone" is a take-off of Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo, and while the production does feel Kanye-esque, the vocals are more reminiscent of Kid Cudi, which actually goes hand in hand with Pablo. By this point it's clear that Cudi flourishes under Ye's guidance, and Apex's music captures that sweet spot, but he's not entirely indebted to his influences, proving he has a strong personality and melody-writing ability with the record.
