It's sometimes easy to forget that Troy Ave is an actually decent rapper because he spends half his time doing dumb shit like dissing Capital Steez. But if you look at songs like "She Belongs to the Game" & "Restore the Feeling", it is true. The man can spit.
Anyways, Troy Ave's latest offering "Good Girl Gone Bad" features the sort of silky piano and simple drums (produced by Yankee and Robbie Nova) that the Brooklyn spitter tends to do well over. The song is a sordid tale of a young woman with a once-promising future who went bad when she met ol Troy.
Quotable Lyrics
She was on me from the start
She liked the way my chain glow
Asked me what's my name
She was acting like she ain't know
