After linking up with Manolo Rose back in January for the song “So Different,” Brooklyn veteran Memphis Bleek is back today with another one, this time teaming up DJ Absolut for his latest #DJAbsoluteMixtapeMonday release “Imaginary Playa.”
As the title depicts, Memphis Bleek decides to jump on his former Roc-A-Fella boss Jay Z’s In My Lifetime: Vol. 1 cut, “Imaginary Player,” and get back into his Brooklyn hustler mentality with a short, 2:24-minute freestyle. Take a listen and let us know what you think.
Look for a new release from DJ Absolut to impact again next Monday. (Freestyle available for download)
Quotable Lyrics:
Niggas its that simple, I aint got to diss you
Your verse mad weak, Im gonna wait for your instrumental
