L.A.'s SNBRN, producer of "sunset house," was lucky enough to get his hands on an unreleased Nate Dogg acapella, licensed to him by the estate of the late g-funk legend, for his latest track, "Gangsta Walk." Upon listening to this highly catchy acapella, which SNBRN mixes at different speeds, it's a shame it was never featured on an original release.
Luckily, SNBRN has got a hit on his hands with "Gangsta Walk," and he's keeping Nate's legacy alive by proving his vocals can sound great on all sorts of records, including this summery piece of disco house. Expect "Gangsta Walk" to be a popular choice for DJs come festival season.
What do you think of SNBRN's use of the unheard Nate Dogg a capella?
Quotable Lyrics
It's 6 in the mornin', we still goin' strong
And we ran out of weed at about 2
Must be the music, got these gangstas gone
I'm tryna lay this funk down on you
