Didn’t see this collab coming, but we’re glad it happened! Major Lazer DJ Walshy Fire brought together Raekwon and Jamaican reggae artist Kabaka Pyramid for the soundtrack to a freestyle ski film he is currently curating. Can’t make these details up.
“Be Inspired” features a funky, distorted guitar riff throughout with some brass instrumentation peppered in. Raekwon and Kabaka Pyramid take turns flowing over the beat, and their two very different styles work nicely together. The Jamaican emcee handles the hook.
