Sincerely Collins shared his Destroyer project in the first quarter of 2015, taking the rest of the year to promote the project. Now that 2016 is upon us, he's ready to start pumping out music once again. Today, Collins has released "Throw Tha Flag," a collaboration with J. Rob The Chief that finds him further carving out his sound.
"Flag" features a driving instrumental, built off of a prominent sample that repeats throughout. Meanwhile, Collins and J. Rob The Chief ride it with ease, sharing memorable punchlines and switching up their flows regularly, at one point referencing Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly anthem "Alright".
Quotable Lyrics:
I am the bane of their existence
Run it back, I bet you missed it
You don't wanna end up on my hitlist
This the Nightmare Before Christmas
