It's been a while since we posted a Russ song, but the young Atlanta riser is still dropping roughly a song a week. A couple months ago he dropped a particularly strong slew of tracks that included "Always Knew," "Longevity Freestyle," and especially "Understand That Too." He's been more on that singing tip recently, and yesterday he shared his latest creation, a song called "The Formula."
Russ renders his characteristically witty wordplay via a song-song flow somewhat reminiscent of Drake circa Take Care. Like all Russ joints, this one is self-produced. The man can make a beat, plain and simple.
