The Ellie Goulding and Tarrus Riley"Powerful" was Major Lazer's follow up to "Lean On," and while it may have not maintained the chart heights of its predecessor, it's been given a good amount of radio play. Still, it probably has more potential than its Hot 100 peak at 86 suggests, so Diplo has decided to give the single another bump, recruiting Virginia singer D.R.A.M. to put his singular voice on it.
D.R.A.M. now opens the song, and sure enough, he adds a more human presence to the impossibly huge banger. Will it be enough to push it back up the charts. Who cares, we're just happy to see D.R.A.M. getting his shine.
Quotable Lyrics:
If it's just lust, let's just call it that
But since it's love
I'm always calling back, running back
All of that
We ain't no scientists, but we got chemistry
