Sevyn Street has been getting some huge looks lately, guesting on both The Game's Documentary 2 and Ty Dolla $ign's Free TC. Today, the Florida singer is back with a remix of a track from another R&B upstart, Bryson Tiller, whose Trapsoul has been one of the more successful debut albums of the year. Streeter's rework of "Don't," Trapsoul's lead single, is a little less trap and a little more soul.
It's interesting to hear a woman try out this male-dominated dark R&B sound, especially one as talented as Streeter. We're still waiting on Streeter's debut album, which should make a big impact in the R&B world whenever it arrives.
How does Streeter's "Don't" compare to the original?
