Yesterday Rick Ross released a remix of Future's "Stick Talk," and today he does a 180 with a remix of Adele's powerful ballad, "Hello." Adele's new single, off her upcoming album 25, has quickly become the fastest-selling single of 2015, and she's also broken a VEVO record for her "Hello" visuals, a record previously held by Miley Cyrus. The record is equally monumental.
Whereas Adele is belting out lyrics through out the heart-wrenching record, Rick Ross' verse is surprisingly sombre. It's actually a pretty dope verse, feeling like spoken word at the very beginning. Ross grows more passionate as his verse wears on, playing with his enunciation and his emphasis.
Rozay is using these remixes as a marketing tactic for Black Market. Stay tuned for the new album and probably a few more remixes.
Quotable Lyrics
Your favorite films tanked, Titanic sank
Aroma of the dank as I'm breezing through the bank
Black Market open for business, from the poorest to the richest
