Premiere: Don Mykel drops "Kites & Bibles".

As we've heard on his last few tracks, Don Mykel's latest is a breathless fury of technical rapping, reminiscent of Kendrick Lamar's early freestyles that found him gasping for air by the end of his extensive verse. No hook is necessary on "Kites & Bibles," as Mykel keeps the momentum consistent throughout, matching the propulsive production with some meticulous rhyme schemes.

His Rebirth EP is still on its way, though we still don't have a proper release date for the project. It's not clear if "Kites & Bibles" will appear on it, but either way, we're excited to see the direction Don is going right now.

Quotable Lyrics:
My lack of fame got em acting strange
Every time I activate
Into black activist state
That's what they call it
I call it speaking with immaculate grace
But only few seem to look at me with faith
Remember they laughed in my face in 12th grade
Said I'm more average than great
