SAY grew up in Tampa, FL, but he's currently based in Chicago, IL. He cites his influences as J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Wayne. He's preparing a new mixtape, titled FOCUS, the title of which is meant to remind us to pursue and concentrate on what matters most to us. His new track, "Built 4 Dis" is built off of a skittering sampel that doesn't quite sound like anything else right now, and these days, that's quite an accomplishment.
"Built 4 Dis" has placed among this week's final four Heatseekers. If you like to have your song or video featured on the site, you can submit content to us here.
Quotable Lyrics:
Now I'm back on that ass like the same clothes
You can't stop me
You know how that saying goes
Elevator doors on the beat how I switch flows
I know this was a hit like a batter when the pitch slow
