Dreezy is one of many talented female Chicago rappers, including Tink and and W.W.A. (the 4-woman group that includes Sasha Go Hard and Katie Got Bandz). She gained attention with her latest EP, Call It What You Want, which featured K Camp and production from Southside. For her latest release, she's decided to remix the biggest tune off Drake and Future's What a Time to Be Alive.
Dreezy is far from the first to jump on "Jumpan." Three Atlanta guys, Soulja Boy, K Camp, and Rich the Kid have each dropped recent freestyle remixes of the Metro Boomin banger. At this point, nothing's gonna top the original, but Dreezy's version, more lyrical than those of the aforementioned Atlanta males, is worth a listen.
Early in the song, she raps, "808 Metro EP comin', they ain't see it comin'," so look out a potential collab project from Dreezy and young Metro.
Quotable Lyrics
I bet I could make a n*gga run back to me like he doin' suicides
Pull up on him in my newest ride
Bitches fuckin' for an uber ride
Yeah I still rep the same city, where you shoot or die
