We haven't heard from Rockie Fresh at all this year, but he's back in a big way with a new single, "Thank You," featuring his boss at MMG, Rick Ross. The new record is an inspirational account of one's rap dreams coming to fruition and sounds much like a continuance of what we heard on Black Dollar. The production is gorgeous and will surely raise your spirits seconds after hitting play.
Rockie Fresh is a highly talented emcee, and we hope he's found a comfortable place within the MMG roster so he can finish 2015 by releasing more heat like this. As for Rozay, hats off for just how prolific he remains at almost 40 years old. Definitely can't knock his hustle this year.
Y'all miss Rockie Fresh?
Quotable Lyrics
Steppin' in a n*gga' way, that's 'Donkey of the Day'
Down to do a n*gga dirty, put him in his place
And regardless of my ways, I would tend to pray
Ask them n*ggas that you praise, do they have a faith
