The rollout for Joey Bada$$ sophomore album has officially begun. Yesterday, it was revealed that the long-mysterious acronym #AABA stands for ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$, and that it will be released on Friday, April 7th.
Bada$$ also shared the album's trailer, a montage of images evoking Americana in its various forms: children playing amongst rustling green grass, truck trundling down a rural dirt road, a burning cross. And then there is the crunch of boots on dirt, Bada$$ wielding a baseball bat, stepping across a desolate landscape to shatter a stained glass portrait of the American flag.
