HNHH Premiere! Mark Battles drops the lead single, "Going," off his upcoming debut album, "Numb." The track features Baltimore's finest King Los.

Indianapolis rapper Mark Battles has been around a few years, and though he hasn't yet released an album, he's earned our respect as one of the top lyricists from the Midwest. And now that we've got the lead single off his upcoming debut, Numb, we can safely say that the album will be worth the wait. On "Going," Battles brings along frequent collaborator King Los for a fiery lyrical attack over an adrenaline-rushing beat from J. Cuse.

In July, as a prelude to Numb, Battles dropped a mixtape, Until September, with all tracks produced by J. Cuse. We're glad to say that Cuse will be back on Numb and that Los, hot off the release of God, Money, War, has blessed his good friend's debut, too.

The video for "Going" will drop later tonight (Sept. 17). Look out for Numb on October 2.

Quotable Lyrics

Wylin' out with my brother Los
Few groupie chicks and some other folks
11 tapes, every one is dope
A million verses with a bunch of quotes
