From Heatseeker to heat droppin', Seattle’s Nyles Davis continues to keep the Summer sizzlin’. After hitting us with “Bring It Back” & last week’s “On A Wave” release, the Seattle newcomer decides to share another hot new track for our listening pleasure tonight called “Concrete Jungle.”
Over the J Louis-production, Nyles effortlessly raps about the struggle & hustle of having to grow up as a product of your environment, all while switching up his flow and showcasing some rather impressive wordplay & lyrics. No word yet as for where this will end up, but hopefully these recent releases are indication that a project is nearing.
For now, though stream “Concrete Jungle” and share your thoughts on it below.
Quotable Lyrics:
A backpack black mask when he would run through the streets
He was tryna keep the peace, but he would carry the piece
He was tryna make a killin’ and I didn’t decease
Plus, he got a fam to feed
