ProbCause and Saba link up for "M.I.A."

On Friday, Chicago's ProbCause will follow up May's freEP WAVES with a new project entitled Drifters, but first he's got a little taste of the record to share with us. Today he shares "M.I.A.," a track that features fellow Chicagoan Saba and was produced by Drew Mantia.

The song's beat is something like a footwork-inspired take on 8Ball & MJG's classic track "Mr. Big," with a breakneck tempo contrasting with more mellow passages. Saba, who recently handed in star tuns on tracks with Tink and Nyles Davis, continues to kill it with his verses, making this a must-listen. Check back on Friday for Drifters.

Quotable Lyrics

With my feet up on the dashboard
Pat my passport in my pocket, pose on the platform
Peace to the people who show some backbone
Do they own thing, like what do you stand for?
