Last year Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch was put up for sale for a cool $100 million. Apparently, the market wasn’t biting because the listing was taken down. Now the 50 acre estate is for sale again, but with a new name and new price tag. Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is now being called Sycamore Valley Ranch and the new price is a mere $67 million.
While it seems most of the carnival rides have been taken out, many of the touches put in place by the late Jackson are still there, including the Disney-style train station with ‘Neverland’ written in flowers and and the built-in dance studio. The ranch sits in an idyllic valley and is apparently ripe for someone to put in some vineyards.
Potential buyers the first time around may have been scared off by the location’s contentious history, but the place is undeniably awesome. Check out more photos and the complete listing here. Keep in mind, the ranch is no longer owned by Michael Jackson's estate. Could you see any of hip hop’s finest cashing out for Michael Jackson’s former digs?
