After reports of two young ladies who plan to sue people involved in the Drake & Chris Brown brawl that went down the other week, TMZ now reports that Tony Parker is planning to sue the club where it happened, W.i.P. night club.
The NBA superstar was injured during the brawl, he says he was hit by shards of glass when bottles were being thrown around, which resulted in lacerations to his cornea.
Parker is suing the NYC club for $20 million, in a lawsuit filed on Thursday in the New York State Supreme Court. In the suit Parker alleges that the club security was negligent in allowing the fight to occur.
The lawsuit claims that even though the club was aware there was "bad blood between Drake and Brown," they continued to sell alcohol to participants of the fight, although some were "visibly intoxicated."
Parker's injury could affect his NBA Career, and more importantly at the moment, his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.
As to whether Drake and Chris Brown will be listed as defendants in the lawsuit, Parker's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, says he's waiting for the results from the police investigation, and he also plans to review the surveillance tape before making a decision.
