Kirko Bangz's new single, "Worry Bout It," keeps in line with his crawling Houston sound, opting for a beat reminiscent of 90s Timbaland (specifically Ginuwine's "Pony"), but pulled through the filter of his city. On top of that, a life-affirming hook from Fetty Wap turns things around, adding a dose of brightness in the otherwise darkly melodic offering.
The single was just released to radio, and we're sure it'll continue to play there all summer. No word on when we're getting a new project from Kirko, but we've never been more ready. What do you think of the track?
Quotable Lyrics:
Baby girl, you know you fine
Just hit me on the line when you pull up to the house
And it's going down, we don't gotta play around
Say we ain't gotta tell nobody
I can keep a secret easy as counting 1, 2, 3
You ain't gotta worry
'Bout another nigga knowin' you a freak
